Primavera P6 Error: “SQLite Database Failed to Upgrade” When upgrade SQLite database from version 16.1 to 16.2

Problem:

When P6 Professional version 16.2 connect to database SQLite version 16.1, the following notification is shown:

When we accept to upgrade a SQLite database from version 16.1 to 16.2, the following error occurs: “SQLite database failed to upgrade”

How to fix this problem?

Solution:

Do not double click on icon to run P6. Instead of double click, Right click on icon and choose “Run as administrator”:
